AMBITION

Ambition means high hopes or desires to succeed or to become great in life. Most great men of the world were ambitions desirous of doing great things. Good ambitions of life-to do something great which makes a person famous, rich or highly successful, but does not harm others. Such ambitions may be to pass examination in the first position, to become a hero of war, to become a great scientist, to become rich through businessor by setting up an industry, etc. The ways or means of achieving good ambitions should be good. One should achieve them through honest and hard work and not by fraud or by harming others. Bad ambitions of life-to do or get something extraordinary to the harm of others in an evil way-for example, to get high post by cheating others or through flattery, to become rich in a short time by cheating customers in business, etc. We become active and hardworking while trying to achiever good ambitions. We should always try to have good ambitions to be achieved in good and honest ways.
