FOOD SHORTAGE

Food shortage is there in most countries. It is an international problem.Population and food shortage- It because of a quick increase in population that food shortage generally occurs. Countries with huge populations, especially in Asia and Africa, are facing serious food shortages.How to solve the problem of food shortage:1- By increasing the production of food modern methods of farming, by bringing more land under cultivation.2- By solving agricultural problems like waterlogging and salinity of the salts of the earth around the plants because of less water.3- By controlling the increase in population. International arrangements to solve this problem:1- The UNO and other world agencies should make plans for the removal of food shortage in different parts of the world.2- World agencies should ask countries with surplus food to send it to the countries short of it free of cost or at low prices. 3- World agencies should help Asian and African countries with huge populations in growing more and better food.Need for world conference on food shortage in different partsof the world. Food experts of all countries should take part them to find the new ways of meeting the food shortage. All the people of the world should be able to eat and live well
